That's correct. Just this morning, it's already afternoon here in this part of the world (Africa). I was wondering how unfair it is for my little brother to be experiencing some difficulty in the early stage of his life up to his teen. Immediately, I realized how those experiences have shaped his life. Later I was watching this video in the afternoon. You are right. We need to go through all of our emotions. That is the only way we can ever become complete in almost every area of our lives. Experiencing all of our emotions helps us to maintain our balance in almost every area of our lives. If we should try to barricade them from being expressed, they will, in one way or another, throw UA out of balance. They will find a way to be expressed in certain areas of our lives. Do you know why the number of men who commit suicide is always higher compared to that of women? The reason is simple. I realized we've built a world where it is believed that men shouldn't cry. When you cry as a man you are weak. Sure. But we've forgotten that crying is not and will never be a sign of weakness. It is a sign of being strong. It shows that someone has always remained strong and even stronger and stronger before the whole situation fell apart. Also crying is the highest form of expression of human emotions. Yeah. Crying itself is an emotion this is what we usually fail to teach our men right from when they were small. Sure, as a man, you are not expected to always start crying whenever anything bad happens. No. God hasn't designed you to be like that. And that's the reason we don't always cry (making it look as if we don't have feelings or emotions). Not crying the same way a woman would cry over any situation is never to allow any worse or terrible situation to go out of control. I have been there myself, and I have seen how I and the few guys around have been able to prevent a bad situation from becoming worse. Yeah. What I am trying to say is, don't hide it. If the tears are to drop, let it drop. If your eyes are filled with it, let it be. Yeah. Don't allow toxic positivity to ruin you. Yeah.
